1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PKR96 ("PKR96", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pkr96.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on PKR96, Users must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Country or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform's operating license;
• Not be acting as an agent, nominee or proxy for a third party;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of PKR96 or any of its associated entities, where doing so would create a conflict of interest;
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and maintain that accuracy throughout the Account's existence.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

Users may register one Account per individual, household address and device. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. Registration requires the provision of a valid email address, a secure password and accurate personal details as prompted during the sign-up process.

4.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. PKR96 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Users must notify PKR96 immediately via the support channel upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of their Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

PKR96 operates a mandatory KYC process. All Users must complete identity verification before any withdrawal can be approved. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and, in some cases, proof of payment method. KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.4 Account Accuracy

Users must ensure their registered name matches the name on their KYC documentation and payment accounts. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawal processing. PKR96 reserves the right to request updated information at any time and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

Users may fund their Account using the payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods are subject to change at the operator's discretion and may vary based on the User's location. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are included for user familiarity only and do not imply that these providers endorse gambling or that any specific method is guaranteed to be available.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. Limits are denominated in the Account currency (PKR where applicable).
• PKR96 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own transaction charges for which PKR96 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to the Account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. PKR96 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
• PKR96 reserves the right to decline a deposit or reverse a transaction where fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

6. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier.
• Processing times vary by payment method. PKR96 targets internal review within 24–72 hours; actual receipt of funds may depend on the payment provider's processing schedule.
• PKR96 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where transaction patterns are unusual.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• In the event of suspected fraud, system error or a dispute, PKR96 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation. The User will be notified unless the nature of the investigation prohibits disclosure.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

PKR96 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, referral rewards, birthday credits and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific conditions stated within the promotion itself. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, where wagering requirements are met, may be transferred to the withdrawable Balance.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also called a rollover) that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x) or bonus plus deposit (e.g., 20x bonus + deposit).
• A maximum bet rule applies during active bonus play. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino games, table games and certain other titles may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The contribution table is available in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without notice.
• A maximum cash-out cap may apply to certain promotions, particularly those involving free spins or no-deposit bonuses. This cap represents the maximum withdrawable amount regardless of total winnings.
• Each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless otherwise stated. Duplicate claims using multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

7.2 Illustrative Amounts

Any PKR figures mentioned in promotional contexts (e.g., PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 2,000 birthday reward, PKR 25,000 welcome bonus) are illustrative unless confirmed in a live, active promotion displayed in the Platform's promotions section. Such figures are subject to change and do not constitute a binding commitment unless the offer is currently live and the User meets all stated conditions.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the PKR96 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following general betting and gaming rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and constitute part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. PKR96 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the Platform, except in cases of manifest system error.
• PKR96 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, corruption or any irregular activity, as determined at PKR96's sole reasonable discretion and subject to applicable sporting body findings.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds presentation — including errors caused by system malfunction, data feed failure or human input error — PKR96 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This right does not extend to correcting odds after the event where no error has occurred.
• Outcomes of all casino and instant games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). PKR96 does not intervene in game outcomes.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time, including during live events, without prior notice. PKR96 accepts no liability for bets placed or missed during a market suspension.
• Cricket betting markets covering Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL, T20 and ICC events are offered as sporting context only. PKR96 has no affiliation with, or endorsement from, the PCB, any PSL franchise, the ICC or any affiliated governing body.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PKR96 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously or in sequence following account closure;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other process;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or other competitive game formats;
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, loopholes or bugs — including any relating to bonus mechanics. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors must be returned to PKR96;
• Using automated software, bots, AI systems or scripting tools to interact with the Platform without PKR96's prior written consent;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or financial circumstances during any interaction with PKR96 or its support team;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Country;
• Facilitating access by third parties including minors to your Account.

10. Responsible Gambling

PKR96 takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that Users are strongly encouraged to use as part of a healthy approach to gaming. These tools are available in Account Settings at all times.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling period as required by applicable regulations.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week or month. Once a limit is reached, further play will not be permitted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders or hard limits on session duration to encourage regular breaks from play.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications display time spent playing and net win/loss position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a voluntary self-exclusion for a period of their choosing. During self-exclusion, the Account is blocked, promotional communications are suspended and access cannot be reinstated until the period expires and a formal reactivation request is submitted.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term cooling-off options are available for periods of 24 hours up to 6 weeks, providing a break without permanent account closure.

PKR96 staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and will refer Users to appropriate support resources where warranted. Users who are concerned about their own or another person's gambling behaviour are encouraged to review our dedicated Responsible Gambling page.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR96 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, source code, data compilations and game content — is the intellectual property of PKR96 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of PKR96. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR96, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with the User's use of or inability to use the Platform or the services, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory.

PKR96 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. PKR96 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance but does not guarantee continuous service availability.

In any event, PKR96's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by User

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting PKR96 support. Before closing, any pending wagering requirements must be reviewed and any real-money Balance will be refunded to the User's verified payment method subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of all outstanding obligations.

13.2 Termination by PKR96

PKR96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued access poses a risk to PKR96, other Users or third parties. Where lawfully permitted, the User will be informed of the reason for termination and the process for recovering any legitimate real-money Balance.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the User's licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Bonus Funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited in their entirety. Verified real-money Balances will be returned to the User subject to any withholding required by applicable anti-money-laundering obligations or ongoing investigations.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR96 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the interpretation or validity of any clause herein, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in the User's own jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users are required to first attempt resolution through PKR96's internal complaints process by contacting the support team. PKR96 will endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

PKR96 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PKR96 will provide Users with reasonable notice via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent Platform notification. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree to the revised Terms must stop using the Platform and close their Account. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page with the date of last update displayed at the top.
